Very professional and satisfying experience. Our technician Katie was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Katie explained everything that was going to happen and what she needed to do. She was very respectful while moving about our home. I was super curious about seeing how it all works and Katie had no problem sharing the experience. Seeing the dryer vent get cleaned was super satisfying. It was clearly time for a cleaning! All of the communication from Purair was professional and kind. I would gladly recommend their service.
